Mold design and construction
Using our cutting-edge technology, we are able to prepare a design of molds and tools according to the client's specifications and then design the construction itself. We primarily focus on the design of plastic injection molds and can also verify the plastic injection manufacturing process.
Production of molds and fixtures
After designing the molds and developing the structure, we also provide another follow-up operation, which is the production of molds. When manufacturing molds, we pay particular attention to their first-class quality. At ToolSquare, we provide a production process focusing primarily on the production of molds for injection molding of plastics and zinc alloys. However, thanks to our many years of experience, we are also able to provide the production of tools and fixtures for technologically more demanding components.
Assembly and adjustment
Our tooling department ensures not only the assembly of injection molds, tools and fixtures, but also their adjustment so that they are delivered to customers in the required quality.
In addition to the production of molds, tools and fixtures, we also ensure the production of precise spare parts according to customer requirements.
Mold testing
Mold testing is an essential part of the mold manufacturing process. We perform plastic injection molding tests in-house using our high-quality ARBURG injection molding machines , which guarantee repeatable quality of molded parts. This technology allows us to streamline tooling or mold production and shorten the overall time to deliver the finished product to the customer.
